      A1: Our tiered subscription plan offers you progressively higher discounts the longer you subscribe. Starting with a 10% discount on the first month, the discount increases up to 25% from the sixth month onwards, and a massive 40% after one year.

      Q2: What happens if I cancel my subscription?
      A2: If you cancel your subscription, you will lose your current discount level. Upon re-subscription, you will begin at the Starter level, which offers a 10% discount.

      Q3: What is the Elite level?
      A3: The Elite level is for customers who have been with us for a year or more. At this level, you enjoy a huge 40% discount. If you continue to subscribe for more than one year, you receive a 25% discount on all future orders.

      Q4: Can I skip a month in my subscription?
      A4: In order to maintain your discount level, continuous subscription is required. Skipping a month would be considered as a cancellation, and you would return to the Starter level upon resuming your subscription.

      Q5: When will I receive my products each month?
      A5: Your products will be dispatched monthly based on the date of your first order. We'll always email you a few days before your next dispatch to remind you that it's on its way.
