Eligibility for Returns
- This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from authorized resellers.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- It must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return Period
- All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date.
Product Condition
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
- Products that have been opened or used are also eligible for a return within the 30-day window of purchase, if the product is damaged, defective or if you are unsatisfied with the results.
Exceptions
- 30-Day Moneyback policy does not apply to products purchased during a sale period (eg: Great Indian Longevity Sale; Buy One, Get 1; etc). If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you can then request a replacement within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the results, you can only avail store credit.
- Internationally shipped products do not qualify for return and refund.

Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- You can also choose store credit instead of a refund, if preferred. Under certain circumstances, you will only receive store credit.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has been approved and the product reaches our warehouse.
