Really great product, it helped me get my energy back and was amazed to see that my hair fall slowed and my skin became better. I was going through menopause and this really helped me in managing my mood swings. I love this product.

I started taking longevit about two weeks ago. I was very skeptical of this product. I take the recommended dose of one pills per day. The bottle says that one pills equal 150mg NMN and 30mg NAD. I am 55 years old and work out three times per week. Before taking longevit, if I over-did it at the gym, I would pay a big price. I would feel flu like symptoms for a day or two. Now, after taking Longevit for two weeks, I'm spending 40 minutes on the elliptical machine running at a very good pace along with lifting weights. I have no flu like symptoms at all. This product is fantastic. I really can't believe the increase in energy. Also, along with longevit, it has Pterostilbene, its in there formula and which together, these energy boosters are a hit with me.

I have taken a month’s course and there are huge improvements in my afternoon focus and energy levels. Having taken MitoQ, Thorne for years I thought nothing else would do the trick but that supplement didn’t improve the quality of my energy levels like NMN does. Also when taking it a slump occurs relatively quickly whereas NAD+ seems to have addressed the problem, for a while at least……

it's great, combine it with fasting and you'll be very healthy, you'd be able to tell from the way your face looks. for me it kind of made my metabolism really good, and I got lots of people telling me that "I've become thinner" my face has barely any fat now. I believe it definitely had an impact, it also makes you less hungry and much easier to feel full. you'll be very selective with what you eat, and the amount that you eat. the benefits with exercise is that it kind of helps make you less sore.

Ageing is complex and we have to take proactive aproach to it for bette healthspan. I keep my NAD+ boosted and focus on Intermidiate fasting. I also take SportVit with it for workout and I really love the supplements as the quallity is excellent.

I bought it for my mother-in-law, and she likes it. (the packaging was good for gifting as-is)
she used to have chronic fatigue symptoms, but now she has an easier time waking up.

I started taking LongeVit about two months ago. For the last five to six weeks, I've been falling asleep within 10 minutes and waking up 7 1/2 hours later with no interruption. Makes all the difference in the world, great way to start the day.

I started it since last July, the result is very affirmative -- my face looks younger and I sleep with better quality :)
I am no longer that tired when I wake up and my friends do say my appearance improved, my skin seems more shiny than in the past.

The only concern would be the drawback of stop taking it, how far would the drop be?
