• Take 1 tablet of LongeVit and 1 capsule of DAKE after breakfast or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. 
• Take 1 capsule of SeneVit after dinner or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Not recommended for children, pregnant, nursing women, if you are on medications or have underlying medical conditions. Consult your healthcare practitioner before use. If you experience any side effects, reduce the dose and continue for 7 days before increasing again. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
