      1. Shipping Details:

      • We deliver across India.
      • Free shipping on all orders.
      • Estimated delivery time: 5 working days.
      • Order tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once dispatched.
      • Shipping addresses can be modified only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
      • If your order is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact care@decodeage.com with your order number.

      2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:

      Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all customers, subject to the following conditions:

      • To place a COD order, contact our Customer Care Team at +91 79 6946 9000 or email care@decodeage.com.
      • We reserve the right to update or modify the terms of COD orders at any time. Please connect with our Care team to check your eligibility.
      • Exceptions: COD may not be available for certain orders due to:
      • Location-based service restrictions
      • High-value orders exceeding ₹10,000
      • Coupons, discounts, and cashback offers apply only to prepaid orders and are not valid for COD purchases.
      • COD orders are final and non-returnable. Refunds are not applicable for COD transactions. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

      3. Payment Policy:

      We accept debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, Amex, EMI and wallet payments for prepaid orders. We do accept international cards as well.

      If the money is debited from your account, but not reflected on your order please reach out to our Care team at +91 79 6946 9000 or care@decodeage.com.
      •  Our leading courier partners handle shipping and COD services.
      •  Refunds will be processed through the same payment gateway used for the order.
      •  Customers can modify the shipping address only before the product is packed. After packing, the shipping address cannot be changed.
      •  In case of non-receipt of the order within the stipulated period, please file a complaint at care@decodeage.com with your order number.

      All product MRPs include applicable taxes as per government regulations.
